Mobile Internet, big data, supercomputing, sensing, new energy, artificial intelligence and other new theories and technologies are accelerating the change of our production and lifestyle, as well as our cities. Innovation has become the main driving force of urban development. For example, in combination with the specific situation, Ningbo piloted the establishment of an intelligent infrastructure system in the Hangzhou Bay New Area, and built a semi open and fully open autonomous driving environment. Quanzhou chose to pilot the construction of a smart bus network in the Wan'an area in the east of the city. We suggest that Quanzhou should focus on the travel management of electric bicycles according to the current prominent contradictions in urban traffic

Putian City has chosen to carry out the operation demonstration of smart cars and smart travel in the tourist resort Meizhou Island, and gradually build a smart island with zero emissions and smart connectivity in the whole region. We will strengthen the guidance of pilot cities, and strive to improve the basic framework of smart city infrastructure and form a number of replicable and replicable experiences in more than a year, so as to better guide the construction of smart cities in the future

third, promote the construction of urban information model system and build a smart city construction management platform

to meet the needs of cities from high-speed growth to high-quality development, we should change from the past project-oriented work mode to the planning oriented work mode. In 2018, the Ministry of housing and urban rural development took the lead in promoting the pilot work of the reform of the approval system for engineering construction projects in 15 pilot cities and Zhejiang Province.
