Germany has developed a rapid detection technology for bacteria and microorganisms in water

the quality detection standards for fresh water and drinking water have corresponding legal standard values. However, the current standard test procedure requires a period of bacterial culture, which takes several days to get the test results

in order to realize the rapid detection of water quality, better protect social public health and avoid economic losses, the German Federal Ministry of Education launched the joint project of bacterial monitoring of clean water and drinking water (sekt). Recently, the research team of the project has developed a new technology for rapid detection of bacteria and microorganisms in water. Using this new technology, the bacteria and microorganisms in water can be detected and determined in less than an hour, which is still the most widely used time in the construction market. In addition, the project also developed a compact testing equipment that can be used directly on site

this new achievement is based on the fluorescent labeling technology, which can distinguish the fluorescent labels attached to bacteria and microbiological objects through the microscope. In the process of detection, the bacteria and microorganisms in the tested water body should be stained with a specific fluorescent marker, and then the tested samples should be sent to the automatic microscope for observation. The project team has built-in high-power LED light source in the microscope, and can judge the level of bacteria and microorganisms in the sample through spectral analysis

this new technology can be widely used in freshwater and drinking water quality testing, beverage, food and pharmaceutical industries. In addition, the displacement detection of universal experimental machine is the most basic data, and it also has broad prospects in water quality monitoring in public places such as swimming pools, hot springs, restaurants, hotels and so on

in January 2012, under the framework of the "optical technology initiative in the field of life sciences" of the Federal Ministry of education and research of Germany, the joint project of "clean water and bacterial monitoring of drinking water based on the force value of the tested range of automatic tensile testing machine" (sekt) was implemented. Policy measures to strictly control the excessive export of raw ore of large phosphorus flake fine graphite. The implementation period of the project is 3 years, with a total cost of 2million euros
