II. Troubleshooting for excessive engine temperature

when the engine has the fault of excessive water temperature during operation, pay attention to the fault phenomenon, find out the cause and eliminate it. First, check whether the water temperature gauge is out of order. If not, replace it; Then check whether the water tank is short of water and whether the water inlet pipe and radiator are broken and leaking. In addition to direct observation from the outside, the method of pumping air can also be used to check the leaking part. The leaking part of the radiator can be repaired by tin welding. If a radiator pipe is seriously broken, the two ends can be flattened and blocked. If a slight water leakage is found during work, it can be blocked with soap and repaired after parking. If it is not for the above reasons, further check whether the engine housing is cracked, whether the water stop ring is damaged, and whether the water pump drain hole is leaking. Finally, check whether the exhaust valve of the radiator cap is invalid. If it is invalid, replace it

if it is not a cooling water leakage problem, it should be divided into two cases, so it should be comprehensively inspected and tested at this time, and the commissioning obstacles should be analyzed and eliminated. 1. sudden high water temperature. First, check whether the radiator is overheated. If the radiator temperature is too high, it means that the cylinder gasket is damaged. At this time, pay attention to check whether the upper plane of the engine body and the joint surface of the cylinder head are seriously warped and deformed. If it is deformed, repair it in time. If the temperature of the radiator is not high, it indicates that the cooling water circulation is poor. Check whether the fan belt is broken or seriously slipping. If it is normal, check whether the radiator outlet pipe is shrunken and whether the inner hole is blocked by delamination. Find out the cause and eliminate it. The emergency method is to put an appropriate large spring support in the shrunken pipe. Then check whether the expansion cylinder of the thermostat is broken. When a small amount of water is turned over at the water inlet and the engine temperature is low before and high after, it indicates that the water distribution pipe has been damaged or blocked and should be replaced in time. If it is not for the above reasons, it may be that there is too much scale in the cooling system and the water channel is not smooth. If the water filling port does not turn over, the appearance of the cooling system and the mechanical part of the engine shall be carefully checked and analyzed

first, check whether the shutter is closed or the opening is insufficient, and whether the fan rotates normally. If everything is normal and the engine is still overheated, check the fan air volume. If the air volume is insufficient, the angle of the fan blade shall be adjusted, and the blade head shall be properly bent or changed

if the engine is still overheated under normal conditions of the cooling system, the reasons for use should be considered when recording its maximum tension resistance value.
